Deputy Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership position within our organization, Achieve Together, where you will be part of the management team and responsible for supporting key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement support plans to ensure the well-being and safety of individuals
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Recruit and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
