Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Developer to lead our community development services in Mid Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality services that promote the well-being of older people in the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community development strategies that meet the needs of older people in Mid Sussex
  • Work in partnership with colleagues, stakeholders, and local organisations to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage and develop services that promote the well-being of older people, including reducing social isolation and loneliness
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders to promote our services and activities
  • Contribute to the development of our organisation's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community development and partnership working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the local third sector and community needs
  • Passion for promoting the well-being of older people
