About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Little Stars Day Nursery and Preschool in Harwell, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
- Plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth learning environment.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an early years setting.
