About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of young people.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the residential setting.
Requirements
  • A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children and young people with challenging behaviors.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to study and obtain).
