Job Overview:
This role involves being the primary point of contact for your clients, developing a strong relationship and understanding their business needs. You'll work closely with your team to ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard, managing monthly budgets and recommending channel splits to achieve overall objectives. There may be opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on management responsibilities as you progress in your career.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, digital requirements, and priorities, ensuring all activity meets or exceeds performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to create performance and commercial strategies for all accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments by coordinating with suppliers and trialing new tactics for clients when suitable.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring monthly spend aligns with strategy and targets are met.
  • Brief and manage operational executives to deliver exceptional work, on target, and on time.
  • Conduct quality control on work conducted by junior and operational team members.
  • Work with the Account Director on various tasks to enhance the scale, capabilities, and quality of the Threepipe offering.
About the Candidate:
  • A degree with a minimum 2:1 classification, ideally in a science, business, or marketing vertical, or part of an agency internship program.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and the environment.
  • Highly organised individual with acute attention to detail and ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Good grasp of Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments, or opportunities and relay these to the wider business.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
  • 1-2 years' experience managing paid media accounts working towards client goals (performance or brand-based, preferably both).
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
