Welding Operations Specialist

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Flux Core Welder to join our team in Rosyth, Fife. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out welding tasks in accordance with essential variables and conducting thorough visual inspections of finished welds.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Carrying out welding tasks in accordance with essential variables and conducting thorough visual inspections of finished welds to contract acceptance standards and project requirements.
- Maintaining welding plant functionality and performing daily machine checks, reporting any faults immediately.
- Using digital and thermal temperature recording devices.
- Required skills and qualifications: Essential experience of the FCAW Flux Core Welder, An understanding of weld defects and causes, Perform setup procedures for all welding equipment and accessories to be used on projects, Experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
