About the Role

Our client, a leading car dealership, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify customer needs and demonstrate vehicles
  • Follow a structured sales process to provide excellent customer service
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Car Sales Executive role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid UK driving license
