* Providing one-on-one support and comfort to residents who are unable to participate in activities
* Ensuring the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy and Emergency and Fire procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in activity-based roles
* Ability to be alert at all times to residents' physical and mental well-being
* Organizational skills and ability to accompany residents to off-site activities
* Understanding of and ability to implement the Care Homes Health and Safety policy and Emergency and Fire procedures
