Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide high-quality care to a female client in the Middlesbrough area.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be compassionate, and resilient, with a keen interest in making a positive impact on someone's life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all personal care needs, including daily activities and moving and handling requirements.
- Support the client's health and well-being by monitoring their condition and administering medication as needed.
- Document all care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Accompany the client to day centre activities and support their needs during these sessions.
Enhanced DBS checks and full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and a passion for working with vulnerable adults.
