We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA Brecon Beacons. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
• Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
• Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
• Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.

• Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour (flexible, 10-25 hours per week, temporary contract)
