We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Quarriers in North Ayrshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to adults with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and/or sensory challenges.

About the Role

This is a part-time permanent position offering between 16-32 hours per week, with shifts varying to ensure flexibility and meet the needs of our service users. We require a full driving license due to the location of some of our services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-lasting trusting relationships with service users, their families, and our team members.
  • Support individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence, choice, and control.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain skills through training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and high-quality care.
