Nursery Learning Specialist Position

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Nursery Learning Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young children, observing and monitoring their progress, and collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating their achievements.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring clear and open communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
