Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Support Worker. In this role, you will provide a welcoming and safe environment for young children and their families, delivering high-quality early intervention services that promote wellbeing and support children to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver evidence-based early intervention services for children aged birth to 5 years, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to promote wellbeing and support children's development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and community groups to promote the project and meet the needs of children involved.
- Design and deliver creative sessions for parents and carers, promoting engagement and teaching essential skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure effective data collection, monitoring, and interpretation, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Travel across Barking and Dagenham to deliver services and presentations, with minimal homeworking.
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about engaging families in early intervention services. You should be able to work well in a team with professionals across the system, demonstrating a commitment to delivering a consistent service that families rely on.
