About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Learning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategy and helping to promote our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our communications plan, including creating and sharing engaging content across various channels.
  • Assist in the administration of Funding Plus and Tools, including processing applications and awards, and providing training and support to organisations we fund.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to deliver internal communications, including sharing updates and news about the Foundation's work and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of webinars and learning events, including using Zoom and other digital tools.
  • Actively contribute to the resources team, providing support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to write and produce engaging content for different audiences.
  • Knowledge and experience of one of the Foundation's sectors, or a demonstrated interest in communications or campaigning.
  • Personal qualities such as creativity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in and commitment to the Foundation's ethos and values.
