Academic Mentor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as an Academic Mentor. As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3-5 in the classroom, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality academic support to students in your subject specialism
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Provide additional assistance to students with special educational needs and/or mental health requirements
- Support students in preparing for exams, including GCSEs and A-Levels
Requirements:
- Relevant degree from a reputable university
- Passion for working with young people and your subject specialism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Arrangements:
- Monday to Friday, term-time only
- 8:30am to 4:00pm
