Job Description

V&C is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that showcase our brand's excellence in luxury watch and jewelry accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop print ads, brand presentations, brochures, in-store graphics, catalogues, and trade show stands that align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Liaise with our global marketing team to ensure seamless communication and effective brand representation.
  • Present new ideas and concepts to our GMD and MD to drive brand development and growth.
  • Manage cloud-based Egnyte system folders, ensuring key images and final artwork records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional image.
  • Prepare print specifications and request quotes from printers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality print work.
  • Quality control of print work, ensuring that all materials meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of design and visual principles, with a demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative, design, and software skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Id, and Ai).
  • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer's needs in mind.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design choices and decisions.
  • Great multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Driving license required due to location.
  • Full-time position in the office, with a flexible and can-do attitude.
  • Proactive thinker with an eye for design and detail.
