Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage reception duties.
  2. Ensure clinical standards are met.
  3. Meet and greet patients.
  4. Book appointments.
  5. Perform pre-screening tasks.
  6. Making adjustments.
  7. Collections.
  8. Resolve complex patient queries.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Collaborate with a friendly team of 5-6 people.
Requirements
  • An experienced Optical Assistant or Receptionist.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
  • Forward-thinking with attention to detail.
  • Possess a personable demeanor with an interest in optical fashion and trends.
