  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care or support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation, including safeguarding and GDPR
  • Competent IT skills, with experience of using digital platforms and software
