Job Title: Senior Software Engineer I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our software engineering team in London. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and working closely with other department heads to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of software engineers and provide guidance on technical decisions
  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure successful project delivery
  • Define and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software engineering and leadership roles
  • Strong technical skills in NodeJs, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Python
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively
