Job Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop excellent interpersonal skills, and gain real breadth and experience in the field service function.

Responsibilities

  • Attend hospital Radiology departments with trained engineers to carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of Bayer medical equipment.
  • Gain an understanding of the NHS healthcare system, private sector healthcare system, and how the two models differ.
  • Develop an understanding of the specifics of the field service role through close monitoring and working with a supervising engineer.
  • Assist qualified engineers with the planning/scheduling and performing of on-site service support as required.
