About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cranes and Lifting Equipment Specialist to join our team at Human Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and prepare comprehensive proposals for our customers, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, technical specifications, and costings.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to understand customer requirements and project scope.
  • Utilize engineering knowledge and expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that align with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to gather technical input and ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and lead time information for components and services required for project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience working in the cranes and lifting equipment sector, with a focus on proposal preparation and project management.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes related to cranes and lifting equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
