Job Title: Credit Controller

Pay Rate: £13.33ph - £14.35ph

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Location: Bristol City Centre

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit portfolio, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit control process, including sending invoices, following up on payments, and resolving any disputes
  • Monitor and analyze credit risk, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in credit management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
