Role Overview:

OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company delivering innovative services to the public and private sectors. As a dedicated Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink experiences to our clients and site visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality food taste and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory and order raw materials effectively.
  • Control budgets and minimize food waste.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Prepare and cook meals for clients and customers.
  • Support the site in the absence of the Senior Chef.

Requirements:
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Proven ability to achieve high standards.
  • Able to work independently with a strong team ethos.
  • Possess a food handling certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Background in contract catering is desirable but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 3 Chef Diploma is required.
  • Minimum Food Safety Level 2 certification.
  • Understanding of allergens and food safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Passion for food and delivering exceptional service.
