Senior Building Control Specialist

Pick Everard is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Control Specialist to join our Health and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects comply with Building Regulations and provide accurate advice to our clients.

This is a brand new role, offering a unique opportunity to develop policies and procedures that support a compliant delivery of our projects. You will work closely with our team to expand our services and drive business growth.

As a Senior Building Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on Building Regulations and compliance
  • Managing building control projects from conception to completion
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with our team to expand our services and drive business growth

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Control Specialist who has:

  • Chartership with a relevant association such as CABE or RICS
  • Level 6 or above qualification in design, construction, or Building Control
  • Minimum of 5 years practical experience of managing building regulations
  • Sound knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques, sectors, and building types
  • Ability to work at a senior level and communicate effectively
