Job Title: Plant Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Area Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our horticulture management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Plant Area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Plant Area team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure that the Plant Area is maintained to a high standard, including stock levels, displays, and customer areas
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in horticulture management, preferably in garden retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
