Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Kinetic Engine Systems. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute Inspection Plans: Develop and execute inspection plans for first piece, in-process, and final inspection to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Operate Metrology Equipment: Use manual and automated metrology equipment to measure products, tools, and fixtures to ensure accuracy and precision.
  3. Setup and Run CMM Programs: Setup and run CMM programs (PC-DMIS and Modus Software) to inspect and measure products.
  4. Comply with Company Standards: Comply with company housekeeping standards and EH&S policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  5. Adhere to Quality Standards: Adhere to company quality standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity in our products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and management.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Knowledge of Metrology Equipment: Knowledge of metrology equipment and ability to operate and maintain equipment.
