Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Mold

Salary: £26,868 per annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday days/nights

Type: Permanent

Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team at our FMCG client based in Mold.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, move, and store products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Identify and report any damages or issues with products.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and the stock control team.
  • Stack and unstack large quantities of finished goods onto narrow racking.
  • Unload deliveries and move stock to storage areas.
  • Conduct regular checks on forklift equipment for faults and damage.
  • Complete stock checks, provide reports, and highlight any discrepancies to the Stock Inventory Controller.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Meet deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • In-date RTITB Counterbalance FLT license is mandatory.
  • Experience with computerized stock control systems is beneficial.
Skills:
  • Motivated team player.
  • Previous warehouse operative experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and work independently.
