Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. As a key player in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across your designated region. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients achieve their business objectives using CRU's products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance, to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize client retention, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, workshops and demonstrations with clients to align their goals with CRU's subscriptions.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Development team to improve our services based on client needs.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required in order to support our global clients.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within the business intelligence, B2B, or commodities industries, where client interactions were a key part of your job responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
