Variable Message Signs Technician

Salary:

£13.00 per hour (approximate annual salary: £27,040)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Variable Message Signs Technician to join our team at The Clancy Group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling our workforce to carry out their activities by delivering, collecting and exchanging VMS equipment.

1. Conduct daily maintenance of 100 VMS units both at the depot and in the field.
2. Delivery and collection of VMS units.
3. Maintenance and repair of VMS units.
4. Battery maintenance and charging of battery banks.
5. Workshop upkeep and organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driver's licence with C1E or D1E, be comfortable using tablets with a reasonable level of computer literacy, and have the ability to learn quickly on the job.
