Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Court Diversion Keyworker to join our team at the Nelson Trust's Gloucester Women's Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting women who are at risk of custody, providing them with a direct pathway to our gender-responsive community support services.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with probation and sentencers to develop and deliver a new court service that addresses the unique needs of each woman. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centred support to our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the new court service, working closely with probation and sentencers to ensure that each woman's circumstances are taken into account.
  • Provide high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centred support to our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Work independently and dynamically, using your expertise to build trusting relationships with women and professionals alike.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of women who are at risk of custody, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your expertise to build trusting relationships with women and professionals alike.
