About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Bowerford Associates. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the solution architecture, including 'as is', 'to be' and transitional states
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment to the architecture strategy, vision and principles
  • Communicate solution architectures at the governing architecture review board and address any actions
  • Work with Software Engineering Teams to ensure implementation alignment to the solution
  • Manage architectural risk and debt at a solution level
Requirements
  • Commercial experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent skills in Solution Architecture, including defining architectural functional and non-functional requirements, architectural diagrams, data flows, total cost of ownership, standards and design patterns
  • Collaborative, curious, creative and accountable
  • Enthusiasm for the technology and property industries, with an ability to identify innovation opportunities
  • Proven experience of defining, communicating and delivering quality solution architectures in cloud environments, including Azure and/or AWS, as well as On-Premise and Hybrid environments
