The TARs will focus on continuous improvement through quarterly audits for primary contractors, with an emphasis on verifying compliance with client processes and procedures, quality management processes, including ISO 9001:2015, and assessing deliverables' alignment with project objectives.

As a key member of the CPR team, you will create detailed audit question sets, lead pre-audit activities such as notification, look-aheads, and response evaluation, and document findings to support root cause analysis in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

You will also provide the supply chain with opportunities to demonstrate compliance through documented evidence, working closely with contractors and designers to validate planning and execution stages across design, construction, and life cycle phases of contracts.

This position demands strong knowledge of rail systems and railway terminology, processes, procedures, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading TARs to ensure compliance with client processes and procedures.
  • Verifying compliance with quality management processes, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Assessing deliverables' alignment with project objectives.
  • Creating detailed audit question sets.
  • Leading pre-audit activities.
  • Documenting findings to support root cause analysis.
