Nursery Director

**Job Title:** Nursery Manager
**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**About the Role:** We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality early years education and care. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

**Requirements:**
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field
• Significant experience in a nursery management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and regulatory requirements
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
