We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Implementation Service Lead to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, with hybrid working and frequent travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
  • Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations.
  • Training & Support: Train and coach staff on new processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges.
  • Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands.
What We're Looking For:
  • Essential: Full UK Driving Licence, Experience working with multiple stakeholders, Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.), Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Flexible with travel and working hours.
  • Desirable: Agile Project Management Foundation Certification, Relevant degree or equivalent work experience, Knowledge of the social care sector and project management best practices, Experience in large-scale digital project implementation.
