About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operations Manager. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service across 5 schools in Hull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Service Delivery Plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure contract compliance and service excellence.
  • Manage and monitor cleaning service delivery, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contract management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Support the development of soft service delivery, including facilities management and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Valid UK driving license and Enhanced DBS check.
