Care and Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Specialist Care and Support Worker.

As a Specialist Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with daily tasks and activities, mentoring and supporting a team of Care and Support Workers, undertaking quality monitoring visits, and designing and implementing care plans to meet individual customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with daily tasks and activities
  • Mentoring and supporting a team of Care and Support Workers
  • Undertaking quality monitoring visits and updating the Team Manager as necessary
  • Designing and implementing care plans to meet individual customer needs
  • Providing standby cover for our out-of-hours service

Requirements:

  • A passion for making a difference
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team
  • Level 2 in Care or equivalent
  • Background in care or similar environment
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
