We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Capability Coordinator. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

As a Capability Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing training initiatives, identifying and addressing any training gaps, and tracking individual training records to ensure compliance and bolster overall capability.

You will operate relevant systems, maintain communication with sites, and ensure that training compliance and quality standards are met. Your dedication will be instrumental in executing our site training plan flawlessly and working closely with Team Trainers to bridge any capability gaps.

Additionally, as an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to attend and even lead meetings, taking ownership of the relevant data to support our continuous improvement efforts.

About You

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills, demonstrating an ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance our operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as this role involves effective communication with individuals at all levels across our various sites.
  • Attention to detail is paramount in this position, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.
  • In addition, it is desirable for candidates to have demonstratable experience working within a FMCG environment.
  • Knowledge of Man Ex, packaging, lean methodologies, and process control is a significant asset.
