About the Role

We are looking for a Part Time Branch Assistant to join our team, working 16 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive a fast and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the tills
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and promoting products

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or wholesale environment is ideal
  • A can-do attitude and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
