Job Description:
The successful candidate will work as part of our team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Support residents with mobility issues
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
- Complete daily records and reports as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Experience working in a care environment
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
