Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and leading by example to support your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Set a high standard for the Store Team and customers
- Independently manage the store, including cash processes and stock integrity
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles
- Monitor and manage KPIs, including deliveries and till area
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and solve problems
- Confidence to support the team through every shift
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
