Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of care professionals and develop their skills to provide exceptional care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of clients with learning and physical disabilities
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve the service's goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living setting
* Strong understanding of person-centered care principles and practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills

Benefits
