Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative / Cleaner to join our team. This is a key role that requires flexibility between 7:00am - 20:00pm, with a guaranteed 7.5 hours per week at £11.44 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
  • Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hovering of carpeted areas.
  • Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential.
  • IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
