About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team at Avanti Recruitment. As a Prototype Wireman, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing cutting-edge electronic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wiring up electrical components, panels, and circuit boards based on schematics or blueprints
  • Assemble electronic systems, soldering and crimping
  • Occasional rework and repair PCBs with precision
  • Assemble cable assemblies and terminate military-grade connectors
  • Use inspection and measuring equipment
  • Rack assembly
  • Identify potential improvements to manufacturing methods
Requirements
  • IPC 610/620 qualification
  • Ability to interpret complex schematics and engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good level of dexterity
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
