About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Professional with driving responsibilities. This is a permanent role that requires working 40 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends.



Job Overview

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our delivery area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their mail and packages on time.



Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers within our designated delivery area
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, to ensure efficient delivery of mail and parcels
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, using initiative and judgment to resolve problems and make decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and proof of delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
