We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as Head of IT and Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT function and developing a clear and robust IT strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports business growth and efficiency
* Lead the IT function and manage a team of IT professionals
* Ensure system stability and performance
* Manage software and data systems
* Develop and implement project management methodologies
* Ensure compliance with legislation and security standards
**Requirements**
* 3 years' experience in leading an IT function
* ~5 years' experience in a MS server environment
* ~3 years' experience in data management and report requirements
* Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server and SQL
