Job Overview
Dechra is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a planned maintenance program to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
- Liaise with production and QA teams to carry out work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and Health & Safety regulations.
- Continuously improve equipment and processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with working on production equipment and experience in a regulated process environment.
- Knowledge of GXP in engineering and time served in an industry or a level 3 NVQ in an engineering-related subject.
