Chemistry Educator

The Chemistry Educator will teach assigned classes and develop the school curriculum. Key responsibilities include:

1. Teaching chemistry to pupils in a supportive learning environment.
2. Developing engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
3. Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
4. Preparing pupils for examinations and assisting with their administration.
5. Providing guidance on educational issues and promoting pupil welfare.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in Continuing Professional Development and contribute to the wider needs of the school.

A relevant teaching qualification and experience working with children are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position. The salary range is approximately £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The role would be suitable for applicants wishing to apply on a job-share or part-time basis.
