Additionally, you will develop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess business processes, module functionality setups, and modifications, enhancements / customisations. The successful candidate will have knowledge in using and deploying Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with its associated functionality. They will also have 1-2 years business analyst experience with 1+ years of experience in Salesforce technology, as well as previous experience in project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
