HR Advisor (9 Month FTC) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential support to our Human Resources department, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Advice and Support: Provide expert HR advice and support to our healthcare team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and resolve HR issues, promoting a positive and healthy work environment.
  • HR Projects: Support the HR department in all HR-related activities, including participating in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, contributing to the development of our HR strategy.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, and proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive approach, ability to work independently, and a team player attitude with a commitment to supporting colleagues.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: An estimated salary range of £32,400 - £36,600 per annum.
  • Benefits: 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, employer and employee contributory pension with flexible retirement options, and a competitive benefits package.
