Job Description: Administrative Support Team Member

At Angela Mortimer, we are seeking an experienced administrative support team member to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for operating a busy switchboard, scheduling meetings and diaries, and providing exceptional client-based interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Schedule meetings and appointments using our diary management system
  • Manage email inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the administrative team to achieve common goals

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A degree would be ideal

Salary: £14/hour
